Kathy Zagzebski, the President and Executive Director of The National Marine Life Center will be our guest speaker for the January 5th meeting of BARS.
The BARS Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner /Christmas Party will be held on Tuesday, December 1 at the Fox Hole in Osterville beginning at 5:00 PM. It will again be a catered by Wimpy’s Restaurant.
Due to election day BARS November meeting will be in the basement at Our Lady of Victory Church. Our speaker for the evening will be Joshua Wrigley, Education Coordinator, at the Mass Audubon’s Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary on Barnstable Harbor. He also works for the National Marine Fisheries Service and is a deputy Shellfish Warden for the Town of Sandwich.
