BARS July 2015 Recycling Fundraiser

BARS’ most important fundraiser is the one we do at the Barnstable Recycling Center. This year we are doing it during the month of July. The bottle and can recycling at the land fill can produce up to $8,000. for all our charitable activities.

We still need more volunteers to help out at the shed. Plan on a few couple of hour shifts during the month of July to help out raise need funds for our scholarships and other activities. While we are also involved in various village days for raising funds, the bottle and can collection is by far the largest. Please try to make time for this event. Don’t be one of those who forgets to help.

And if you can’t spare the time to volunteer, please drop off your bottles and cans at the shed. We appreciate your help.
