Rick Barry passed away suddenly at age 58. Rick was a town councilor and the recipient of the first Barnstable Bivalve Buddy Award. Rick was instrumental in leading the charge at the Barnstable Town Council meetings to advocate for the zoning overlay of the No-Pier Zone in Cotuit. He was a good friend of BARS and will be sorely missed.
