Chuck Higgins

We are sad to report the passing of BARS Board of Directors member, Chuck Higgins. Chuck was elected to the BARS Board of Directors in January of 2012. He was co-chair of BARS Clamming Classes as well as a volunteer in many of the annual events that BARS participated in. Chuck will be sadly missed.

Arrangements are as follows:

• Services will be on Friday, July 10th at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Rt 6A, Barnstable, MA.
• Service will begin at 11 AM and will be followed by a reception at the church.
• In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
