A Record Month for the BARS Scholarship Fund

We did it — $8,075.95 collected in July 2018 for the scholarship fund — a new BARS record! We handled 161,519 cans and bottles. That is a lot of trash that isn’t along the road.

BARS March 2018 Meeting

We will have two terrific presenters for our March meeting: Kris Clark’s presentation is titled Shellfishing in Barnstable. The second presenter is from the R. A. Ribb Company, the shellfishing rake company in Harwich. The meeting will be held at the West Barnstable Community Building on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. New members will receive a gift from BARS and refreshments will be served at a meet and greet reception after the presentations.
