BARS Tour of Cape Cod Oyster Co. Hosted by Dave Ryan
We gathered outside their main building to prepare for our tour.
CC Oyster Co. Owner Dave Ryan talked to us about the history and size of his company.
Dave Ryan showed us their sorting and packaging room while describing how the workers pack the cartons.
Some of the oysters in the cold storage area that are prepared to be put into cartons.
Cartons of the individual brands of oysters are put on pallets and prepared for shipment to markets.
